Kesulitan Mengirim File Multipart dengan Batas melalui Volley

Saya memiliki panggilan HTTP pelanggan yang bekerja menggunakan kelas Apache standar tetapi saya mencoba membuat kelas Volley khusus untuk menangani ini. Berikut ini kode untuk panggilan standar:

Tidak yakin bagaimana melakukan sisanya tetapi ini yang saya miliki untuk Volley yang tidak berfungsi. Saya telah melakukan Multipart sebelumnya tetapi tidak dengan batas dan dalam format yang aneh ini.
