Отображение данных в столбцах Listview вместо строк Xamarin.Forms

Я пишу простой xaml код, чтобы добиться макета на вашей картинке. Я использую Grid:

И я установил BackgroundColor="Black" ContentPage так, чтобы между Grids были черные линии.
