я переустановил виртуальный бокс, и теперь ошибка изменилась на приведенную ниже.

Я думаю, что вы правы с точки зрения невозможности доступа к диску. Похоже, что для виртуального бокса есть некоторые повреждения. Для ошибки «Нет устройства хранения данных, подключенного к устройству» вы можете попробовать добавить контроллер IDE обратно. Предполагая, что произошло что-то, что повредило вашу конфигурацию.
