Android Custom AutoCompleteTextView с пользовательским адаптером

По сути, я хочу что-то написать в тексте редактирования, тогда будет вызван веб-запрос http, который возвращает JSONObject, который содержит массив JSON, который содержит значения где-то внутри него. Мне нужно заполнить раскрывающийся список, который поставляется с autocompletetextview, результатами из объекта JSON.

Я могу сделать второй бит, т.е. я могу заполнить раскрывающийся список значениями, которые мне нужны, используя собственный класс адаптера, который расширяет arrayadapter, как вы можете видеть ниже. Моя проблема связана с первым битом, как я могу переопределить AutoCompleteTextView, чтобы он не показывал мне отфильтрованные постоянные значения из массива, а показывал мне значения, которые я ему даю? Я не хочу, чтобы это было фильтруемым вообще.
