Клиент SignalR в asp.net

Я создал концентратор серверов в приложении asp.net, как показано ниже.

Теперь в другом приложении asp.net я создал клиента, используя клиент SiganlR. Но это не работает правильно. Я хочу получить данные с сервера, когда он отправляет клиенту

Консольное клиентское приложение работает нормально. Основная проблема связана с asp.net, потому что он не может обработать обратный вызов с сервера.
